Society visit to Sally’s garden in July 2025

Sally had kindly asked our society to visit her garden in mid July.  Over 15 members attended and had a wonderful couple of hours admiring her plants, her garden layout and sampling her top quality home-made cakes along with a nice cup of tea!  All quite delightful. The roses were perfect and the potted hydrangeas were just magnificant.

The garden is totally wheelchair friendly with wide paths giving Sally full access to her borders and pots.  I mention pots as perhaps half the plants were in pots, very effective, especially the bright 10 feet line of geraniums leading to her sun-trap pergola area the bottom of the garden. Our thanks to Sally for inviting us to see her wonderful garden.

I have included some pictures (from Sally) for you all to see ….
